Raw Material Storage and Batching System

Adopt direct throw type raw material platform.
The bin is equipped with measuring function, and the measuring accuracy error is ±1‰ to ensure accurate feeding according to the formula.
Equipped with dust suction device to prevent dust.

Weighing and Mixing System

Used for resin (inorganic liquid) storage, weighing and pumping.
Accurate and reliable automatic measurement function, measurement error is ±1‰.
The liquid circulation system is equipped with a constant temperature heating device to maintain resin flow and avoid pipe clogging.
Additives are automatically measured and added.

Mixing System

Used for mixing and mixing of raw materials.
It adopts integral sealing structure and odor collection device to avoid odor diffusion.
The stirring shaft is driven by a planetary reducer and variable frequency motor, which are durable.
The sealing of the shaft uses patented technology to ensure that the shaft end does not leak powder and vacuum.
The inner wall is made of wear-resistant materials such as microcrystalline stone/high chromium cast iron, which protects the inner wall and is easy to clean.

Pressing System

Using the "wheel kneading" pressing technology, it can be used for rapid pressing and forming.
The foundation and surrounding of the press machine are equipped with shock belts, which can reduce noise.
Equipped with six 500mm diameter strong cylinders to ensure uniform and controllable pressure.
The new integrated vibrator is adopted, the maximum exciting force is 100 tons, and the maximum working height is 1.9 m.
Unique technical advantages make the resin consumption lower than the peer 1%-2%.
