KEDA Stone Machinery is engaged in the planning and construction of the whole plant of stone enterprises. The main equipment includes: Fully-Automatic Vertical Resin-Filling Line, Multi-Wire Saw for Marble and Polshing Production Line for Granite.

Technical Features：

1. It is designed of netting and resin-filling on slabs;

2. It need only 1/4 space of other type resin-filling line with equal capacity;

3. The hardening period for single slab could be as long as 2 hours due to large storage space in the vertical hardening oven. This improved greatly the quality of resin-filling for the slabs;

4. It adopts high efficiency and energy-saving hot air cycling system and intelligent dehumidifying device to keep stable temperature in the oven. This can improve the quality of resin-filling for the slabs;

5. It adopts intelligent robot arm，CNC transmission system，HMI operation，and intelligent integral for the whole line;

6. Fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual are the three ways of the upper and lower plates;

7. Electric heating, natural gas burning and biofuel burning are the three aspects of the heating method.

Used for polishing Granite, Quartz Slab, Luxury stone and Microcrystal Stone.

Equipped with multi-sectiont swing polishing heads, and the crossbeam swing mode is selected according to the abrasive rownumber.Utilizing sequential pendulum, lexical pendulum, cross pendulum, and other multi-stage oscillations,so that to achieve efficient coverage of the tiles' surface.
